Insurance As a courtesy to our patients we file insurance claims with all commerical insurance companies. We are in network with Blue Corss and Blue Shield of Tennessee and Delta Dental of Tennessee, although we accept other insurance as well. We will attempt to determine how much your insurance carrier will pay toward your treatment. However, how much your employer's insurance carrier actually pays depends upon many factors over which we have no control. Estimated co-payments and deductibles will be due as services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. Payment Options We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, ATM cards, cash, and personal checks. We also offer CareCredit and Citi Health Card applications for interest free or low interest payments.
